STATE OF GEORGIA LAW
Any child under 6 (six) years old must be in a child restraint system.
Safe kids recommends any child under 80 lbs needs to be restrained.
Seat belts are made for adults 80 lbs and up.
STATE OF TENNESSEE LAW
Any child under 9 (nine) years old must be in a child restraint system.
All children age 12 and under should ride in back seat.
