Our local chapter is the lead agency for Safe Kids.
STATE OF GEORGIA LAW
Any child under 6 (six) years old must be in a child restraint system.
Safe kids recommends any child under 80 lbs needs to be restrained.
Seat belts are made for adults 80 lbs and up.
