Would you know what to do if a friend or family member was choking, bleeding, or in shock?
Thousands of people have attended this popular Red Cross course. It will teach you the skills necessary to prevent, recognize and provide basic care for injuries and sudden illnesses until advanced medical personnel arrive. The class’s dynamic hands-on practice sessions and real-life scenarios make learning exciting and first aid techniques easy to remember.
In addition, you’ll receive training in using an automated external defibrillator (AED) on a victim of sudden cardiac arrest. Using an AED continues to be the only effective way to return heart rhythms to their normal levels.
